0¹ GOAL!! With his back to goal FERNANDEZ PARDO wrong-footed the defence and stroked the ball past the Slovenian 'keeper. (1-0 Belgium) 1¹ A penalty box meleé resulted in VIPOTNIK driving the ball wide. 2¹ A cross from DOKU left OPENDA in plenty of space but he fluffed his shot. 5¹ GOAL!! A great twenty-five yard shot from DOKU rebounded off the the upright and in the ensuing meleé the ball was kicked into the net by OPENDA. (2-0 Belgium) 10¹ FERNANDEZ PARDO ran onto a wonderful ball from DOKU but fired his shot wide. 13¹ A great save prevented LOVRIC from scoring a lovely goal. 19¹ GOAL!! A long ball from LOVRIC down the middle was collected by the lurking SESKO who drove a left foot shot into the net. (2-1 Belgium) 20¹ GOAL!! A short backpass by GORENC STANKOVIC enabled OPENDA to run in and hammer the ball past JUG. (3-1 Belgium) 24¹ DEMAN drilled a right foot shot inches over from just outside the area. 26¹ GOAL!! A great bit of skill enabled LOVRIC to dribble through the Belgian defence and score. (3-2 Belgium) 32¹ DEBAST beat three Slovenian players and stroked a shot over the bar. 35¹ A weak shot from OPENDA trickled agonisingly wide. 4² GOAL!! The Slovenian 'keeper got into difficulty with a backpass from BALKOVEC and DOKU managed to roll the ball into the back of the net. (4-2 Belgium) 6² A shot from ONANA was booted off the line by KARNICNIK. 11² A pin-point pass bobbled toward LUKEBAKIO and his looping shot raced narrowly over. 13² A corner bobbled toward ELSNIK who nodded an effort inches over. 23² The Belgian 'keeper saved a swerving shot from BALKOVEC. 24² FAES was put clear by DEBAST and he stepped inside the 'keeper but glanced his shot over the bar. 26² A useful ball from MLAKAR on the left fell to ELSNIK who mishit his shot inches wide. 28² Uncertainty in the Slovenian defence enabled OPENDA to hit an effort just beyond the near post. 31² OPENDA stroked a simple chance past the righthand post. 39² A clever pass from VIPOTNIK was nudged goalbound by ELSNIK only for MIGNOLET to palm clear.
