A deep corner left the 'keeper struggling and HOFMANN stabbed the ball into the net. (1-0 Germany) 25¹ A penalty box scramble resulted in GNABRY tapping a low shot wide. 26¹ GROSS worked the ball to ANTON, BURKARDT latched onto his pass and headed the ball within easy reach of ATI-ZIGI. 32¹ EKUBAN ran onto a great ball from FUSEINI but pulled his effort wide of the goal. 43¹ A right foot shot from WILLIAMS was stopped by TRAPP. 47¹ GOAL!! (3-1 Germany) 24² GNABRY headed inches over. 28² SCHLOTTERBECK beat a number of Ghanian players and drove a great chance over. 29² FUSEINI made space on the right and knocked the ball to EKUBAN who touched the ball wide. 34² A useful ball from SALISU on the right fell to BUKARI who mishit his effort wide. 36² BEIER chipped the ball to SCHLOTTERBECK who forced it wide. 37² GROSS waltzed past BUKARI and poked a weak shot over. 39² EKUBAN hoofed the ball wide of the righthand post from the edge of the box. 40² An exceptional effort from BEIER scraped the outside of the post. 41² A great save prevented GROSS from scoring a lovely goal.
