A neat one-two left CARRASCO clear and he made no mistake by cleverly chipping the ball beyond the oncoming TRAPP. (1-0 Ajax) 12¹ Uncertainty in the Ajax defence enabled GIROUD to crack the ball over the bar. 14¹ A accurate pass was collected by CARRASCO and his left foot shot raced narrowly over. 15¹ GOAL!! A poor goal-kick was intercepted by HAVERTZ who setup LEWANDOWSKI with a simple chance. (2-1 Ajax) 37¹ A fine ball from PARTEY on the left bobbled toward TIMBER who mishit his shot inches over. 43¹ LEWANDOWSKI stepped inside LOZANO but hit the ball into the arms of the Liverpool 'keeper. 45¹ DZEKO made space on the right and pulled the ball to MARQUINHOS who rasped the ball wide. 4² LEWANDOWSKI drilled a looping shot inches over from thirty yards out. 7² A cross from CORREA left LOZANO in plenty of space but he rushed his shot. 16² LENO stopped a lovely shot from LOZANO. 40² GIROUD clipped the ball through a crowd of players but LENO was a match for it as he dived to his right. 43² A penalty box meleé resulted in GIROUD cracking a low shot wide. 44² GOAL!! An outswinging corner headed out by IBAÑEZ was flicked into the net by GIROUD. (2-2)
